Horrible customer service. My mattress was suppose to arrive two days ago and it never did. I live far away and have tried calling them multiple times, it rings and they hang up the phone. If you don't have a way to go to the actual store then I suggest you don't waste your time. They also only have the one phone number so there no way to reach someone at the store unless you go to the store.
