I would give Global Marine Networks 5/5 if they would let us activate our SIM card. Could you please answer at least one of your phones?

I am new to the system having switched my Iridium Pilot service to here. So far it is working seamlessly, configuration was so simple and PredictWind, blog and email are easy to use. I am looking forward to continued Great Communication aboard! ( I think I might buy another Redport for a spare...)

Having spent 4000USD on a satellite communications package, one of the major components is faulty. Having exchanged a number of emails attempting to solve the problem, Global Marine Network are unable to figure out the issue. The product has been installed as instructed but I am unable to use most of the functionality of the system due to the faulty component. They are now refusing to help me any further and I'm stuck with a very expensive piece of equipment that does not work.
