This is a great company to book with. Super accommodating of my requests for parking as well as additional towels. Very responsive. Will definitely book thru Global for my future trips to DC and surrounding area.

Global Luxury Suites bent over backwards to accommodate my family last year during our stay in January. We visited for medical reasons back then. The smooth check in process and comfortable stay made a hard experience easier. We hope to visit for leisure in the future.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Global Luxury Suites was a total nightmare!! What they put us through was the most frustrating experience we've ever had with a hotel in our entire lives. We're in our 60s and have stayed all over the world. This company is very dishonest and does not care about the well-being of their guests. We booked with a credit card online thru *********. Oh My God.....Do I have a story for my fellow *******/humans even THINKING about staying at one of these properties. So there I was being displaced from my apartment during COVID due to a lovely neighbor with a massive water leak. Found what looked to be beautiful long term rental apartments for my 1-3 week stay. NOPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEE. I checked in and while the property itself is beautiful, it's your classic bait and switch with very cheap appliances and furnishings inside the apartment. **DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE** I made a reservation in February to stay at their Jersey City Waterfront location in April and ran into several concerning issues: - Hidden fees that jack up the cost of a reservation a fair bit higher than advertised prices - Requiring an uncomfortable amount of detailed personal information (e.g. pictures of the front and back of my ID) to confirm the reservation after booking, as well as requiring signing a lengthy agreement that I was only made aware of and able to see the terms of after I... read more

I book with these people in January before the pandemic for $1369, I called to cancel because of the stay at home order and they refuse to give me a refund. I was told to call back in April and now they are still saying no refund they are so insensitive to what is going on in the world today. **********

OMG..I recently booked what was advertised as a $72 room on Booking.com with this outfit. Within a day I got an e-mail that stated they were unable to charge my room due to incorrect credit card. I responded immediately and in confirming the rate, I was told the room would be $172!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said that must be wrong as I reserved it only because it was $72--and although I knew there was an extra parking fee of $25, I would NEVER have reserved a room for $172 when there were many for far less that that in Bethesday area.... read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I booked 2 rooms with this company online. Called them to confirm. Everything was good. I get an email three days later saying they cancelled my booking because they didn’t have my money. I called to get it straightened out, they told me they didn’t know what was wrong and to rebook. A week after rebooking, I notice all of the money I paid for the rooms (the full amount) are back in my account.
