Julio Menjivar: I don't recommend to work with this guy. My driver spent over 5 hours at the pick-up and the delivery appt was originally set at 10am on the rate con but the real appt was at 1pm and no penny paid by them. He simply doesn't care, just want his load to be delivered and then to get rid of you.
