I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was poor throughout the process, and to make matters worse, they refuse to pay any accessorial charges, even when clearly justified. It feels like they take advantage of their carriers. I wouldn’t recommend working with them.
🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑☢️☢️☢️☢️☢️☢️☢️carriers do not pick up load with them besides them being terrible customer service they do not respect the carriers create false information to report badly to your company when they do not want to fulfill their obligations to pay... they are arrivels if I could I would give zero. they lied that I never arrived at the loading site this is all a lie or I will leave photos to prove that I am here they are terrible do not pick up load from them.
if u want to ruin ur business and ur mental health u are good to work with them
