Disgusting broker and customer support team. Rude and unprofessional staff. Absolutely do not haul.
This is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve dealt with, and my experience with Kamberlyn Henderson sealed it. The first time I booked a load, I delivered it without issue, but getting her on the phone to be paid was like pulling teeth. I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was poor throughout the process, and to make matters worse, they refuse to pay any accessorial charges, even when clearly justified. It feels like they take advantage of their carriers. I wouldn’t recommend working with them.
