This Company wants to Charge $199.00 for Shipping Insurance to Deliver your package! and they say it’s refunded after my Shipment is received!! I Have NEVER been asked to do this with any other shipping company! IE: UPS,USPS,Fedx ,DHL !!! This IS A BIG SCAM!!❗️❗️

Worst customer service ever. I had drop my crocs return package a month ago. They haven’t give me any tracking information on that day. Now whenever I call at the customer service to ask status of my return package, they are keep saying that we are too busy at the moment it might take few more days. Its now more than one month, I have not received my money back and no any further updates.

Вы мне заверяла в прошлый раз, когда я оплатил 1890 долларов, что товар вы получите после оплаты. Я вам все оплатил и товар так и не получил. С вашей стороны идёт обман. Вы каждый раз уверя ли меня что я получу товар после оплаты. Ответ компании : Если бы не война, ваш товар уже был бы доставлен. Вот почему ввоз любой продукции в зону боевых действий подвергается слишком строгому контролю. Но они заверили нас, что после этой оплаты мы сможем завершить отгрузку.
