Worst customer service ever, very unprofessional. I paid for a cargo shipment, but it took over 2 months to arrive, which doesn’t seem like cargo to me.

My stuff has been with them well over a month. Have the tracking number. Won't answer emails, calls, nothing. I've gotten 1 call 1 time from someone who didn't speak English and was ZERO help. My stuff is STILL there showing it's "on hold"

This Company has Very Poor Customer Service. ~~~DO NOT USE AT ALL !!! I had a terrible experience at this freight Company. I contracted Global logistics on the 19th of October 2022 to help me ship a package to Nigeria, and the package was never delivered. The Staff are unprofessional and nonchalant. They dribbled me around for one year, before informing me that my package got missing in transit. I had to sue the Company at Tarrant County Texas before they agreed to compensate me with $2,500 with a payment plan in court today... read more

Considering the feedback on this site, I will never recommend them. In-fact, their license should be revoked
