They pre charged me $240 for an hour limo drive from 9-10PM They double booked, so they told me they can only drive us from point A to B at 9:30. In the end they drove us from 10-10:30 and totally ruined the experience for us. Now they're offering a refund of $60, which I am not accepting. How do you go from an agreed 9PM- 10 ride to a 10:00-10:30 ride and only refund me $60? And of course they are now ghosting me. Stay far away from these guys.
DONT BOOK THIS COMPANY! We had a limo booked for my birthday last weekend for 1 hour from 9-10. A couple hours before they messaged to say they couldn't be there till 9:30. Then they didn't show up till 9:45, and when they got there they said they could only do point A to B for us because they had a 10:30 booking and couldn't do the full hour we had paid for. 1 Star (would give 0 if possible) We booked Global Limousines about five days ago for a black car service to take us from the Stony Plain area to Rogers Place. Everything was confirmed through email and seemed legitimate. However, no one showed up. After waiting about 20 minutes, we called the driver who said he knew nothing about our booking.
