Love my Global Products pool slide! Even more, I need to call out some over-and-beyond customer service by Global, specifically one of their team members, Justin. Even though Justin is a regional sales manager, and this installs/fixers isn’t part of his job technically, he went way out of his way to help a customer in need: coming out to my house to address an issue I had with my slide, even though the issue is due to the way the slide was installed by the pool builders, and not by Global. Diving board broke on the first jump 😂 idk how I could leave a good review. They are replacing it but I’d recommend finding a different supplier. (Person jumping was 160 lbs)
