Worst experience of my life they will just add random miscellaneous fees and when you ask about them they will give you the run around and say it's the same fee you asked about 2 months prior. Do yourself a favor and find a different lending company. This place garbage.
The worst lending company of all time. I always paid my dues on time, never gave any issues. When it came to me trading in my vehicle that I had financed with them, they stole $300 from me. I spent months waiting to get back my refund that I was promised. Then, they eventually refused to pay me back altogether. Had to file a dispute with my bank and I won. Trisha and Michelle are "see you next Tuesday's"... that is all. :)
Pay your monthly payment on time like you agreed to and you’ll have zero problems with this company. They are like any finance company though so if problems do happen they can be difficult to deal with. That’s part of the game when you finance thousands of dollars on a loan.
Absolute garbage lender. When I got my loan almost 6 years it wasn't this bad. Man oh man it's horrible now. I would never recommend them to anyone. They put my car in charge off on my credit then "reinstated" it with a 2 month extension but never reported to my credit that it's current. Now I'm trying to pay my car off but every person I talk to has a different amount due and a different thing to say. I would give no stars if I could. TERRIBLE customer service, no one has a CLUE what they are doing. Pretty sure this “ company “ is just a scam. Steer clear of them, tried to get a number and name of a supervisor, customer service representative would not give one. I am sure it is because one does not even exist.
