This is the worst company to ever have an auto loan with. There are very high interest rates which makes it next to impossible to refinance or trade in your vehicle. The customer service is absolute garbage and they do not value their customers. I wish I was able to leave negative stars for the way I was treated at the end of my loan with them. PREDATORY, STAY AWAY Absolute garbage lender. When I got my loan 6 years ago it wasn't THIS bad. Man oh man it's horrible now. I would never recommend them to anyone. They put my car in charge off on my credit then "reinstated" it with a 2 month etension. DO NOT DO EXTENSIONS! It took them almost a year to report it to my credit properly.
