Worst lending company ever. More about getting your money than helping you out during financial struggles. Don’t hear or address your concerns just keep asking “ so when can you pay” “ can you make the payment today” when I’m telling you I need an extension and you just keep asking for money. DONT GO TO THEM. They don’t care
Do not use this lending company. You will always talk to someone different who has different information and has taken different notes on your account. You will be told one thing if you pay a certain amount and then once you pay it, you will be told that you continue to owe more money. I was given an extension for being displaced by the hurricanes in Florida in the month of October. I paid my payments early & paid extra, had no problems, recommended them to my family and friends. I went to get a new car for a trade in and they had my back. Wanted me to get into that car but the car dealership had its own problems. It wasn’t until I got into a car accident that I had problems. First of all my insurance company paid them EXTRA and they said that I owed them $100!!! How would I owe you when my insurance company paid you extra? Wouldn’t that money be owed to me?
