I had a very unpleasant experience at the service center about disputed charges of $209.95 and would post more except I was accosted by the manager of the dealership and threatened "if you post anything on social media, I will sue you." Yup. No kidding. That should say it all.

Had a terrible experience at this dealership. The staff seemed disorganized, and the communication was awful. My concerns were brushed off, and it felt like they didn’t value my time or business. I won’t be coming back and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Avoid this dealership at all costs! I brought my car here for repairs, and during the process, they damaged another component, causing the check engine light to come on. I notified them about the issue just one hour after driving off their lot, but they refused to fix it. I spoke to the General Manager, who promised to look into it and get back to me, but it's been over a week with no updates. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a different Kia dealership.

Allow me to recount my last experience at Global, and I mean LAST. I made an appointment for my Kia for a recall. Real simple, replacing a faulty fuse that can cause engine fires. Provided my VIN days ahead of time and arrived bright and early at 8:30. They won't be able to give me a loaner. Fine. Should be quick. I’ll wait in the waiting room. FOUR HOURS LATER…. They tell me my car is all done. I go to sign the paper work and... oh wait. Turns out they didn't have the fuse. I sat there for 4 hours while they, I don't know, ... read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to Angelica, the best service advisor that I’ve ever dealt with. I just had a big warranty job done on my Kia, and she coordinated everything and kept me posted throughout the process. Hopefully I won’t be back for a while, but if I do, asking for Angelica! Thanks
