Very unethical company no one is knowledgeable about the products they sell they have poor communication with the manufacturers of the products they sell. Customer service is also very poor they are trained to appease complaints and sell but ofcourse no one can help you trouble shoot or problem solve issues. Attempted to get unloaded 24 hrs early on 2/4/25 as I was told it was only loosely by appointment by broker......The receiving Mgr refused to take me because of being to busy.....Here is a pic of the receiving dock doors. This is busy????
They have the worst shipping and customer service departments, the agents do not want to assist at all and they make that very clear with nearly every interaction. The only shipped part of my order, now I am fighting to get my money back, wish me luck!
Fast loading but they don't have a public restroom 😡
