Cancelled my order without warning four days later after claiming they had the wrong price listed on an item.
I ordered a tool at a great price with a delivery date within two weeks, which was a long time but doable for my project. After two weeks, the delivery date was pushed back three times meaning that I still might not receive the needed tool with in a month.
horrible customer service. spent over 3 hours trying to receive a return authorization so i could return a defective vacuum that had no suction. I kept being cut off online. Ghosted. Crickets. I was told to send a video showing the problem, so i did. then i was asked for photos, so i sent them. The chat people kept cutting me off of the chat. Then I called the customer service line and they would randomly hang up on me. I simply ordered a vacuum, it pushed stuff around and never suctioned, so I asked to return for a refund. ... read more
Overnight parking. In and out 1/2h for delivery
I ordered a substantial amount of product from them and it has taken nearly 3 months for them only deliver a portion of the order. I now have an angry customer because they cannot deliver and did not indicate items were on back order at the time of ordering.
