Extreme Caution Advised: After engaging with David E Piver very disturbing information about him came to light. We unfortunately could not continue on with him in good conscience. Our only wish was that we knew this prior to our engagement or he had disclosed such to us. “The principal lawyer is David E. Piver, and he is a lawyer, but had to rebrand his firm completely two years ago after being convicted of fraud by the Department of Justice. I wanted to share that information with you, because I found it disturbing”.

I cannot thank Mr. Piver enough for what he has done for me. My case was very complicated, there were issues after issues with each petition I filled...but he was able to straighten them out every time. This was very tough journey for me, I broke down in tears when my permanent residency finally got approved...he was always there to give me professional advice and his advice always worked in my favor. bad , lost all cases and scamer, will only take money and then do nothing , and will only call you when he needs more money, cases badly filed, will drain your bank account

I do not how to really describe that person David Piver. Scam artist or sleazy? He is the most mean lawyer I dealt with. Lost all of my 4 cases. Never give him an asylum case, he will lose it for sure. Never show him your bank account. He used to call me to his office just to take money. On one case I used to call his office everyday with no response. His receptionist used to make laugh at my desperate voice over the phone. He will take the money then through you to a paralegal who in turn will make a list of the documents y... read more

legal processes are long, but David does do the job. immigration is tough, but David is thorough.... extremely thorough....... good pricing that is payable over time. the secretary usually has most of the answers to those qsts that need answers now!!!
