From the moment you enter the door on any given day, you are greeted by staff who seem less concerned with even acknowledging your presence than dealing with the swarm of papers and other sensitive information strewn across a very disheveled desk. The atmosphere wreaks of stress and tension. When you are acknowledged, it is not with genuine but forced hospitality. It is a small clinic, but it is not warm nor friendly. I just loved my first two visits here. When I arrived I was greeted by a man- I hope I spell it correct- Ephraim. He was getting a picture taken with another patient who loved him! He was overly nice and very efficient escorted me exactly where I needed to be and made sure everyone took great care of me. On my next visit he was being brought a tray of cookies from another patient! They have a keeper with him. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well, and I met the manager who went out of her was to make sure I was satisfi... read more
