I've never been a fan of taking my car to be serviced. it's always a long drawn out drama that makes me late for every appt. Global Hyundai has forever changed that perception. From the moment i drove up til i checked out, this team was head and shoulders above previous experiences with service depts for VW, Ford and Honda. Smart, efficient, respectful from check in to check out. Plus very fair pricing and they didn't try to upsell me on BS. highly recommend!
Had a great experience getting my new car serviced for the first time from service advisor Samer Moussa. The whole team was fantastic from the time of my initial call till I picked up my car. Samer would not let me leave with a dirty car- hooked me up with quick accurate service and a car wash to boot! Thank you Samer for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service.
Terrible Service - My less than two year old Tuscon's battery would no longer hold a charge. If I left the back tailgate open for more than 10 minutes it would not start. So I jump started it (several times) and made an appointment for “tomorrow”. When I arrived the next day in the AM they said the appointment was tomorrow. But they took the car. Would give 0 stars if I could. These are the facts: I took my car here for service when it was under warranty, and Global denied warranty coverage and quoted me for over 10 grand. I then took my car to 2 other hyundai dealers, both of which approved the warranty! I ultimately used one in north jersey. They found 2 bad catalytic converters, and replaced both for free.
