Make sure y’all have people who can answer the phone in English clearly. Having someone who can’t speak proper English & has bad customer service attitude towards possible future employees is bad. Sis sounds like she had a Russian/German accent & when she picked up the phone she sounded like she didn’t wanna be there. Make sure you hire people who actually knows how to do provide proper customer service.
