I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience with Global Health’s transportation service involving my elderly mother. After her medical appointment, she was left waiting for hours for a scheduled pickup. For a service meant to provide dependable medical transportation, especially for seniors, this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Have the absolute worst issue coming home today. Not only was I made to wait 35 additional minutes after being on dialysis for 4 hours, needing to be able to get home on time and eat and take my medication, the driver apparently doesn't speak any English whatsoever, I was told that the manager would call me back and they never did. Seems they really don't give a damn. I traded j&D transportation for this...

These guys have been taking me to and from my appointments for for a long time up and down stairs 6 times a week and im a big guy and i know it has to suck but they never make me feel bad about it and are always ontime with the smiles and jokes that keep me laughing! Thanks for everything u guys do!
