Have the absolute worst issue coming home today. Not only was I made to wait 35 additional minutes after being on dialysis for 4 hours, needing to be able to get home on time and eat and take my medication, the driver apparently doesn't speak any English whatsoever, I was told that the manager would call me back and they never did. Seems they really don't give a damn. I traded j&D transportation for this...

These guys have been taking me to and from my appointments for for a long time up and down stairs 6 times a week and im a big guy and i know it has to suck but they never make me feel bad about it and are always ontime with the smiles and jokes that keep me laughing! Thanks for everything u guys do!

Our family have tried more EMS companies than i can count and they are always making my grandmother wait at the dialysis center for hours untill they get her and they dont answer the calls when u try to find out whats the hold up! But not these guys! They are extremely professional and on time! And treat her like a queen! And she loved each and every one of them! Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
