This review is long overdue, but life has been a bit hectic. I needed an air ambulance to transport a stroke victim from Tucson AZ, back to the DC area. The problem I was having was that most of the air ambulances had to make stops to refuel which just didn't work for us. Tyler was amazingly helpful and stayed with me through the whole process. It was emotional, frightening and complicated, but he worked after hours to make it happen. I am forever indebted for their kindness and highly recommend!!
