I wish I had read the other two reviews before going to Global Glass because I have had a similar experience. First of all, the women in the office lack respect and professionalism and misinform customers. Even more discouraging is they guys who did the repairs on my windows did in awful job. When I returned with the windows to complain to the owner, he first appeared gracious and understanding. Unfortunately, his words have not been backed up with his actions. This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't return phone calls. Think that the world revolves around them. Lots of other glass places that offer much better service.
