Recently i attended The Personal Trainer Workshop from Global Fitness Educators in New York it was excellent! I learned a lot. I loved both days especially loved day 2 and learned how to do a physical assessment on a client. Mark was very knowledgeable! I highly recommend the workshop to anyone looking to start a Carrier as a Personal Trainer.
Acquired a lot of much needed knowledge. I met a great group of people wanting to improve the health of clients. Discovered a new La Fitness Gym to enjoy working on my fitness. Have a new large group of Personal Trainers keeping in touch with my classmates. Everyone was so nice to me during my two days getting training.
PT Certification, here I come. I attended the two-day workshop to become a certified personal trainer this past weekend and it was intense. Coach Mark did a good job at breaking down the "why" and increasing awareness for training. If you're a fast past learner, looking to enter or expand in the fitness world, consider checking NFPT out. They have an option to become CPR/AED certified as well.
