Moni, was a good example of a successful master fitness instructor that may provide mentorship and instructional guidance, using in-depth knowledge and personal experience in being successful. This 2 day workshop was very good. I received a lot of detailed information and Monica was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.. i recommend this program to anyone who would like to become a certified personal trainer
I had the privilege of attending a 2-day workshop with Global Fitness Educators, led by Monica. She was absolutely amazing in both her demonstrations and lectures. We were given many example questions to help prepare for the exam, which was incredibly helpful. The hands-on learning was especially valuable, as it allowed us to experience and understand real-life situations.
