I just started going to this gym, and I am so happy I did. Gloria is very friendly and makes you feel truly welcome. I attend the early morning class, and they are fantastic.
The Perfect Fit. Small gym designed to fulfill your goal. Gloria is amazing, and the Silver Sneakers ladies are awesome. I have lost 14 pounds in less than two months. If you need personalized attention, this is it! You just need to bring commitment.
It looks nice and clean but it is always closed. I am not sure what their hours of operation are.
