Purchased a Lifespan Marathon Treadmill from LSG however the screen decided to switch off during use. Contacted Global Fitness and Leisure and after a week with back and forth emails explaining the issues, they sent me a 'copy and paste' email with general instructions on how to check this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My treadmill that was months old broke, took numerous times to contact this company for a fix, they then wanted to change me to fix it for a part, then after starting a legal process they then ignored my emails for weeks. We finally after threats going to the ACCC a technician came with the part they sent and it didn’t work. They said they would refund us then again they go MIA and don’t respond. After having to deal with their after purchase support. I would not go anywhere near any products under their banner range. Don’t get stuck with items. No answer phones no answer emails. I had to go directly to offshore manufacturer. Who only normally deal with this care factor 0 wholesaler. There must be a shortage of good wholesaler/importers in AU.
I purchased a Hollywood rack from my local bike shop. I did loose the keys my bad. Global fitness solution is pay a few hundred dollars for a locksmith. Did I mention Hollywood racks sell them for $8 on their website. Monsters come to mind as USA Hollywood racks won’t ship to Australia. Keep this in mind with any other products which is imported. Do the right thing I will remove this review if not. Future manufacturers beware of relying on their customer service skills.
