I would not purchase from this company. We bought an infrared sauna on the 13th of November, 2/3 boxes arrived on the 19th of December (already a delayed delivery) and the 3rd box was “lost” the courier they chose to use separated the boxes because they were bigger and of course there were no delivery details on the box they didn’t bother delivering. Absolutely terrible quality fitness machines. I ordered the ERG-200 bike from the LSG fitness website but after a few months it started making loud noises which made it unusable. I brought it to this location for repairs under warranty, however, after another month of usage it started making noises again. I will never be purchasing from them again and advise anyone not to waste their money.
