Very poor communication and not to be trusted
The staff at Global Fertility & Genetics were incredibly dismissive during my consultation. I felt rushed and unheard, especially when discussing my concerns about the IVF process. Their lack of empathy made an already stressful experience even worse.
I froze my eggs last month with Dr. Thorton and the GFG team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning in April through my retrieval in July, they were consistently supportive, professional, and attentive. Every question was answered with clarity, and I always felt encouraged and cared for throughout the process.
