The staff at Global Fertility & Genetics were incredibly dismissive during my consultation. I felt rushed and unheard, especially when discussing my concerns about the IVF process. Their lack of empathy made an already stressful experience even worse.

GFGは素晴らしい不妊治療クリニックです！ 3度の人工授精を経て、初回の体外受精で無事に成功しました！ 不妊治療は初めてだったので、夫婦ともに分からない事だらけで不安でしたが、コーディネーターの岡本さんがとても親身にいつも対応して下さいました。 ドクターとの面談での通訳や、治療のスケジュール・保険の確認から日頃の細かな心配事まで、岡本さんにいつも丁寧に対応をして頂きとても安心して通う事ができました！ スタッフや看護師の方も皆優しく丁寧に対応してくれます！ドクターのThorntonさんはプロフェッショナルでとても温かい方です！ 素晴らしい奇跡を授けてくれたこのクリニックに本当に感謝しています！ 岡本さんのおかげで英語が不安な日本人の方も安心して治療に専念できます！

I attended this clinic for about a year. Dr. Thorton was always positive, encouraging me even when my treatment was not going well, and eventually led me to get pregnancy. Also, I want to express my gratitude to my nurse, Amanda, who supported me through my treatment. She was very responsive and patient with me.
