On our wedding day there were strong winds anticipated so our GEM representative told us via phone call that we should inquire moving our wedding ceremony indoors and that GEM would initiate a refund on our chair rental. We replanned our wedding ceremony schedule roughly 18 hours before the wedding ceremony. After 2 months of trying to reach a representative about receiving the refund we were told we would receive on the phone, we are told it was denied and the funds can be used for a future event/need. As soon as we met Kristen we knew we had to go with GEM for catering. Her attention to detail and fun but no-nonsense attitude was so reassuring. We did not have a coordinator yet when we hired GEM and Kristen was a great help with guiding us through the first steps of planning. We had to move our wedding over 100 miles due to hurricane Ian and It was an extremely stressful time. We were so grateful the GEM team was able to come with us to the new venue.
