Matt, Ben and team did a great job of cooking and serving sausage at last Friday’s Aggie Women’s golf tournament at Traditions Golf Club. Having the two varieties of sausage was a great idea and I heard nothing but compliments about the grilled sausage from the 120+ golfers. We have had Global Foodcraft cater our event three or four times and they always do an excellent job! Not only is the food great but they also make the presentation very nice and pretty! Their staff is also nice and accommodating!
