Do not hire this man Rafat !!! He is utterly and completely incompetent !! 3 times his plans have been denied by hollywood permit dept ! We hired him for simple plans on an addition and he does not know what he's doing !! He keeps asking for more money after we paid him $2000.00 !! For a 3 page plan !!! He is a thief and a scoundrel !!! He does not return pour calls !!! We will sue !!!
