BEWARE! Global ask for a upfromt payment of 400.00 dollars to review and repair a K21 board. After six failed attempts to repair the board , they agreed to refund our 400 dollars verified in a email. All calls and written correspondence with our contact have been ignored.
Everything worked out perfectly.
