They need to stay in their lane. John had nothing but opinions on everything. He told the buyers of my house he thinks it smells like mold and it’s going to cost a tone of money to run celling heat. I wouldn’t buy this house if it was me he said. Never got a bid never said whatnot would take to fix and how much or anything that had to do with the electrical work he just talked them out of buying the house.
