My experience with Bobby was great. He was gracious, professional and was completely knowledgeable about what I needed.
IF I ONLY KNEW I WOULD HAVE GONE DIRECTLY TO GLOBAL DME right after my surgery to have Bobby work hi as magic. I was given a sling to wear after shoulder surgery. I brought GG ht it w/ me the day of surgery and they were clueless on how to make TY he properly adjustments to hv it fit properly. Then when I went to physical therapy they well it's not right and proceeded to make addtl adjustment but insisted I was given a sling was too big. Bobby is a pleasure to work with. He’s extremely caring and considerate to my needs. The ice machine for my shoulder is a blessing. I recommend this to anyone who is having shoulder surgery.
