The receiver named Danny on Sunday night dt: 28 Dec was awesome, though the shipment appointment was 9am next day but he went ahead and took the BOL gladly and gave a dock right away. Appreciate this kind of nature and goods unloading started in 10mins..wow everything done in 30mins, thanks again
Staffed with lazy workers who don’t have basic communication skills
Terrible experience with this warehouse. They always refuse deliveries claiming it’s “not the appointment time,” even when I arrive exactly on schedule. The issue only happens during the night shift — the Indian guy who works nights keeps rejecting drivers for no real reason. The day shift is fine, but the night shift makes deliveries impossible. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
