We joined GVD in 2019! Started with 4 Stars and 4 Expressways. Upgraded to 8 Stars and 8 Expressways in 2022. Best investment we have ever done! We had never been to Hawaii before 2019. Since joining Global, we have been 5 times! We never would have been able to afford going to Hawaii 5 times without Global Discovery Vacations! We LOVE Global! It is a great deal. We often compare the resort cost with the price we're paying with Global. We never have regretted joining (it's been about 10 years). You learn what time of year has the most inventory and when to book. We've been to beautiful places, some in locations we never heard of and loved them. A couple have been small but always clean and most remodeled. Most of the condos are spacious. Again, we love being Global members.
Love this club! Way more affordable than others I've checked into. The only major drawback is that you have to book several months in advance for popular spots. I usually travel four weeks a year and in over 10 years of membership, I was only dissatisfied twice and neither was a deal breaker. Waste of time and money. You're not able to use the packages as much as you'd like and if you miss a single payment, they call and harass you like you stole their firstborn child. Don't get involved with these people.
