This company has completely gone downhill on options of variety of vacations sights and customer service. I have left 4 messages for Tammy in customer customer service and have yet to hear back from her. I need information how to sell my timeshare ASAP and do not have a family member who can afford it. Buyer beware. It is the worst money I've ever spent. Bait and switch. Read the small print. Also, after you make a reservation, they are completely non flexible. They don't even try to help you. Explained as "in the contract you signed"......
I’m only giving 1 cause there is no 0. Waste of money and they threaten with TURN YOU INTO CREDIT IF YOU REFUSE to pay. Free trip my ass. Don’t fall for this nonsense.
Criminals. Signed us up telling us that they had dog friendly properties and then the first time we tried to use them they told us no pets any any property. Called corporate and was told to pay our bill and hang on to the membership because once our dog died we would be able to use it.
