I never leave reviews but this time I had to because of the way I was treated. I’m not perfect and no one is but the way things were handled could have been more professional. I signed on as a company driver. I should’ve known things were iffy when I got dropped from 60cpm to 55cpm all because the owner of the truck didn’t want to pay for repairs that needed to be done so he punished me with dropping my cpm for two months. WORST COMPANY EVER. This is my and only mine experience with this company. I've been working there for 4 months as track & trace, only paid me half the salary and fired me without giving me 15 days notice. Lying to drivers that they have dedicated lanes and working with customers when that's not the case at all. Driver's rate per mile is cut from $0.60 to $0.55. Ive been with this company for 2.5 years now. I had a few issues with the dispatcher when I started but he's gone now thank God. The team they have now is hard to beat. The dispatchers are second to none. Very personable and caring yet tough to fight for the best rates. Mario and his team are kick a$$. They get you home when you are ready for family time.
