One of the receptionists here is extremely rude not only to myself but all other patients and people you call, will never be going back to this Global Diagnostics!
Worst experience of my life. I was left waiting for 45 mins whilst people who came in after me were seen. I was eventually seen when I asked what was going on. The person doing my ultrasound said they were not sticking to appointment times, just seeing who they could get in and out the quickest. But that wasn’t the worst part... I went in for an ultrasound on my pelvis. The person said there is an optional vaginal probe they offer with the pelvis ultrasound but it was not mandatory. I said no to that. Horribly rude poor service at the reception. Reception supposed to be greeting and answering patients’ questions but you all do is ignoring. I’ll never come back even my doctor refer to me next time.
The guy who did my chest xray did not provide a gown..I felt awkward and uncomfortable during the entire experience..couldnt imagine my daughter going through it..will never go back here...
