We were using the lab for repairs and smaller cases for the past several months but apparently they think it's acceptable to just drop offices with absolutely zero notice because "we weren't sending enough big cases". I'm not going to send big cases to a lab that struggles with simple repairs. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend. Unprofessional.
Nothing but issues with this lab at our office and always giving excuses and making you think you did wrong, not them. Cannot read RX slips.
Our office has been dealing with global for years now, never been disappointed. Everything is always been accurate, Also Kyra has been absolutely wonderful by helping with getting my cases picked up even even when out time slot has passed. Wonderful customer service! Thanks Kyra!!!!
