I had a terrible experience with an agent in the billing department at Global Dental. From the start of the call, the agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. They constantly interrupted me while I was trying to explain my issue, which made it impossible to communicate effectively. What is worse, they assumed I had called before, even though this was my first time reaching out. Their attitude was dismissive and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter.
