They Knowingly auctioned off 6 ULT25-NES Shuttle freezers knowing they were bad and that they no longer support that model. I bought them, then asked for a quote to have them fixed and got nothing but "I don't know what to tell you". Now I'm stuck with 8 Freezers that are 2-3 years old and Stirling won't fix them. I'd stay away from a manufacturer that won't service product 2-3 years old.
