We have used Chris and his team on two property’s for ducted aircons and can’t praise them enough, from the initial quote to completion we was made to feel at ease and had full confidence in the team. In a similar vein to the other reviews, I have nothing but praise for the services provided by global cool air. Both Chris and his team are conscientious in their work and communications, from the quote, during the work and through to follow up after the job was completed. Compared to some of the interactions I have had with other companies and trades-people, this has to be one of the best experience to date. I would recommend Global Cool Air to others.
Chris and his team did a phenomenal job at removing my old EVAP system plus has heating. I had the 16kw Daikin reverse cycle installed with 8 zones throughout the house, all in the same day. From start to finish it was a smooth process with a decently priced quote. He sketched up with system on my floor plans and then come and did a in person quote. Very happy with the customer service from Chris! I highly recommend using Global cool air for anything aircon related !
Very pleased with our new Daikin ducted system. Very reasonable quote plus a more advanced interactive panel than all the other quotes we had. Chris was also very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Even sorted out some unrelated insulation issues with our existing split-system, purely because he was already on site, which was really nice of him.
