When the staff were tearing down the drapes and pipes, they knocked over our backdrop. Glassware was shattered, and they nearly knocked over our espresso machine, too. Instead of apologizing, they acted like nothing happened. We had to clean up all the shattered glass and all the materials they knocked over. Worst experience
