Staying @ Bahia Mar in south padre. Booked through global connections. There units are infested with cock roaches. Global states nothing they can do. Sent cleaning crew only. These units need appliances replaced and whole entire condo building fumigated. Upkeep on these owned units have greatly decreased since our last stay 4 years ago.
No Refund or Reschedule Policy despite Covid Surge in New Mexico Reserved a condo in NM on April 14 using travel plan. Overlooked their April 9 warning that reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to Covid related restrictions or dangers. Lost $404. The airlines and a tour company all allowed rescheduling due to Covid. No one tried to keep our money and do nothing to earn it. I’m saddened that Global has caused me to leave this review. We had a reservation at Tahiti Village for spring break this year, and due to the Coronavirus, Las Vegas is closed down, including all of our shows that we had prepaid for, and most of the services at Tahiti Village Las Vegas. We started calling Tuesday with the anticipation that Tahiti Village would reschedule our stay, but they said that since we booked through Global, we’d have to change our reservation through them.
