You picked up my parcel on Jan 2022 and the parcel has not delivered after 14 months ! You made all phones “ temporarily unavailable “ after Nov 2022 and you don’t reply to emails . I sent you over 20 emails during last 2 months and there is no single answer .You are totally irresponsible . If you can’t deliver my parcel you must returned back to my Canadian address . I require my parcel status ASAP.
Terrible experience, absolutely bad customer service. As soon as they they received my package they change the price that they told me at first. As soon as they receive money from me they did not respond to my emails. It took them 18 months to ship my package and they asked for extra money two times while they had my package and I had no other choice except the extra money they asked for.
