I cannot say enough about the amazing salesperson Leticia Perez. She was super knowledgeable on the BMW product. She was super patient and allowed the process to happen without being pushy as most salespeople can be. This is our 5th BMW and we will be back when we are ready for our next upgrade. Thank Leticia!
We recently purchased a car from BMW of The Woodlands. Rashail Azhar was the salesperson who contacted us immediately after we inquired about a used car onlline. He listened carefully to what we wanted and within an hour had a car to show us that fit our criteria. I recently leased an i4 from this dealership and the whole process was chaotic. They made me unnecessarily wait so that they could make me agree to a bad deal. They overcharged the interest rate compared to what was being offered by BMW FS. They told me that the higher rate is the current rate but when I went back home, it was lower and would make a material difference in the payment per month.
