TERRIBLE and would NOT recommend. I contacted Global Collision regarding a broken windshield and they scheduled me to come in for a windshield replacement the following week. After waiting all week, I arrive for my 8:00am appointment and was told that they don't replace windshields and to go somewhere else. I asked the incompetent lady at the front desk why they would schedule me for a windshield replacement if they don't replace windshields, and she just shrugged her shoulders.
