BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!! They reached out to me wanting to buy a property I own promising to “pay top dollar and close quickly without any drama or games”. They made me an offer, I accepted and that’s where their games began. They could not even scrape together the $5,000 dollar deposit I requested. After I hired an attorney to draft up the contracts they suddenly ran like crazy and cancelled the deal after 6 weeks of lies and excuses.
