THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO SYMPATHY. THEY ARE AFFILIATED OR ALSO KNOWN AS ARC 90. THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU A MONTHLY FEE EVEN THOUGH YOU EMAILED THEM TO CANCEL ABOUT 4 TIMES. I EMAILED THEM TO CONFIRM TERMINATION OF SERVICE IN WRITING, BUT THE YOUNG LADY GAVE ME ATTITUDE SAYING THAT THEY DON'T CONFIRM IN WRITING. THEN A FEW DAYS LATER I GET A LARGE CHARGE FOR SOME KIND OF ANNUAL FEE THAT I NEVER AGREED TO OR SEEN BEFORE. I WAS TOO BUSY TO SEE THE CHARGE UNTIL 2-3 MONTHS LATER. Terrible company! This company locks clients into lengthy contracts and does not provide services. Do not waste your time as they are FRAUDS!!

This information is located in the second sentence, at the beginning of our one page, non fine printed contract. This company encouraged me to sign up for their financing services under no commitment. I used them one time in 18 months and and when I attempted to use them, they said they weren't talking any applications from customers. I finally cancelled my $50 a month charge and they sent me an email stating that I had a $250 cancellation fee.
