Brutal service here. They are an authorized Laticrete dealer yet the girl answering the phone does so from a personal cell, no company name or intro given.... and she has no clue about the products they sell. I spent the better part of 2 months trying to get Laticrete Hydroban Sealant & Adhesive from them and she would try to sell some other completely unrelated product in a white tube telling me that was what I needed.
