I had my eyes examed April 2019. Was told that they didn't accept my insurance. I paid for my eye exam. I made a claim in June to see if I could get paid from my insurance company. To make a long story short. I have been calling them since March 2030 trying to get my refund. No one returns my call. We may have the pandemic but they say they will call back.
