After reading the one star reviews its evident that I made a wrong decision going to this doctor. Here's how he earned my one star. The dude went in and touched around my eye with out washing his hands nor did he have gloves on. No warning just went in I guess to get a better look. This was after he touch the folder the front desk girl touched. After he touched his computer and mouse to check my eye pictures. Who knows what he touched before he got to my eye. Dr & staff are very rude even though this Dr. does not work for eyeglass world he is independent through Gulf Coast Optometry I will never ever use this office again the Dr did not give me my RX for my contacts so I called Friday to get my info and now the office just informed me he is not there on Tuesday so why didn't you tell me when I called back on Friday . Terrible service
One star is being generous...I had a refraction done at the Eyeglass World location on St Lucie West Blvd. Making and going in to the appt, I made it clear that it was just for a test for eyeglasses (refraction). When I went into the exam room, the chair did not even line up with the eyechart projector screen. The chair was to the left (as was the lens finding machine) and I had to turn my head to right to look at the eye chart.
