First of all he was 2 1/2 hours late for the initial appointment. After this, it took him 3 days to email us an estimate. The insurance compay wanted a more detailed estimate and when I contacted him, I was told that I put at the front of the list as a favor since, I called repeatedly, and the job could not be done for several weeks anyhow. This person does not do business in a very professional manner.
We used this company for some exterior painting and to add a new deck on the side of our house as an exit through french doors out of our master bedroom. As soon as we decided to go with them they came out and began pressure washing our house to prepare for painting, and the owner himself, Chip Burke came and talked with us bringing samples and going over every detail of what we wanted.
