I got mail from this company using other name, please be CAREFUL with this company.
Got mail from this company sent to my specific address for someone that I don't know and doesn't live here. I hope to God it's not some attempt at Identity theft or fraud.
They asked for my banking information and are refusing to get back to me via phone , email to tell me how they secured my personal banking information.. I’ve attempted calling the supervisor for 3 weeks now .. very unethical and unprofessional company
Absolutely terrible service from everyone there. Jeff Michael and Cali Frith ignore emails and phone calls, which is beyond unacceptable. When asked to speak with someone above them to get the issue rectified, I'm told there is no way to contact management.
They don’t care. Simple as that. Useless.
