Simply needed a hair brush for a wedding the morning after, when I tried to enter i realized the door was locked 30 minutes before close. Then I see the associate leave the store saying she had to leave to go do something and to return in 30 minutes. Got picked up in a white Honda and left with the open sign still on. Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Came by because we were waiting for the bánh mì food truck and decided to check out this beauty supply store. I just got back from vacation and needed some aloe vera, papaya soap, and cocoa butter. Diane was super helpful and assisted me as well as my boyfriend’s mom with all her questions about human hair. Great service and a really nice selection—will definitely come back for other beauty needs in the future. Thank you, Diane!🤩🤩
